I have observed that Mr. Raised On Rats has apparently associated himself subconsciously with the Haters. There appears to be a flaw in his psycho-sexual development (likely occurring in pre-adolescence) leading to a fixation on male figures who satisfy his id's pleasure-seeking energies.
