Haley changed the blocking scheme. He went for zone blocking this year, as opposed to Chan Gailey's scheme. Haley unfortunately wanted 30 protection schemes instead of six, which caused immediate issues.
Over the course of the final four games, the Chiefs gave up SIX SACKS.
