Well this -- "The Royals would be bringing a guy up that would instantly ignite a fan base and receive national talk" -- seems to be the big giveaway.

Wow. So what are the two other moves that are needed to make it happen? Callaspo off 3B to ... DH? Meaning Guillen exits? Or does Callaspo get traded? Surely he wouldn't go back to 2B.

I must say, I have serious reservations about bringing Moose up now (i.e., within the next week or two).
