Yeah my thoughts as well. Kinda one of those rare good horror movies you would catch on USA Up All Night. Campy but good.

they should have given more background as to why all this was happening or at least some hint at the end. There was a hint there with Sisyphus (Greek mythology) rolling the stone up the hill when they saw the painting on the ship but that's about it. kinda just dove right in then jumped out like a twilight zone episode
