If the Amish want to be all old timey and not use electricity or drive cars and such, why don't they really do it right and use stone tools and wear animal pelts and forage for berries and grubs? Why do they need all all this new-fangled stuff like the wheel or the butter churn?
It seems a little hypocritical to me.
