That wont even help.While that would render his self healing powers useless,his adamantium skeleton was put in by man and has survived even adamantium bullets.A needle won't uninstall his skeleton . The only hope would be for Bond and the terminator to team up against him to beat him....I still highly doubt even that would be enough.
