Well she can be, but nothing wrong with improving the product if that is her choice. Apparently it was so you can get over it. Can't remember a high profile lawsuit over tits, but you see something new every day. If I bought my wife a set of tits I would at least sue for visitation rights if we were ever divorced. BTW tits aren't fake if you can touch them..........or at least I'm told.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Dethroned Miss California USA, Carrie Prejean, is being sued by the pageant's producers.
According to E! News, K2 Productions wants to be paid back the $5,200 it spent on the former beauty queen's breast augmentation surgery.
Prejean was stripped of her title in June on the basis that she failed to meet her contractual obligations.
So, she sued K2 Productions and other people involved with the pageant for slander, libel, and public disclosure of private facts among other accusations.
According to the countersuit, K2 Productions is asking that the private facts portion of Prejean's lawsuit be dismissed because it refers to her breast augmentation surgery. The countersuit alleges that the operation is no longer a private fact because Prejean appeared in a swimsuit during the nationally televised pageant.
