It happened at the K maybe 15+ years ago. The only reason I remember is because I was there that night. We had just left and as we were walking out, we heard the crowd give off a collective "ohhhhhhh". Once we got to the car, we found out a man had fallen. I don't believe he died, but my memory of this isn't all that great.
