My children's school holds a sporting goods drive every year for the Phoenix B&G club; they are a very worthy organization IMHO and I hope the chapter that received the proceeds got all or damn near all of them.

I heard on ESPN Radio that it was donated to the organization nationally and they made it sound like it was all of the proceeds. Maybe some expenses were taken off the top but if it was a higher cut then it was an even further sketchy claim of using charity to half assed attempt to mask self promotion.
Agreed on the take that they are a very good organization which I have seen first hand as well.
