Each team had to play within their pool for tournament seedings. Arron Brooks Select ( Seattle Wa. ) played the Raleigh Elite and lost, thus making the Elite a # 1 seed and the Brooks Select a 2 seed. Had Brooks not lost, they would have been seeded in the other half of the championship bracket. Since Brooks Select was a 2 seed, they got put into our bracket, they had to play the extra game to meet us in the Elite Eight, which we lost. (we played a very bad game, a lot had to do with the team we played , they just out played us the 2nd qtr, we lost by 22 points.)

So we lost to the Brooks Select team that won it all. But the Raleigh Elite lost in the Elite Eight as well, setting up a game both of us had to win before meeting each other. We both won and met for 5th, which we won by 20 points.
