I'm sure the guy was an ass... likely loud and vulgar, but the lady should have just walked away and looked for security.
Instead of doing that, she makes a scene with the beer drinking loud mouth... slaps him and continues on with her "look at me, I'm standing up to him" actions. Then, after he has taken his seat, the old man decides to kick him and then grab his face. The guy stands up and they both tumble.
Everyone around pounces on the guy - obviously because he was a dick and they were annoyed by him - but, if anyone shows them this video, my guess is that he could easily sue both for assault and likely would win in both cases.
I don't care what he "said" before, but if it were anything more than words I would think others would step in... but if it was truly just words, then the lady and grandpa up SOL if he were to go to court.
