Verbal assault, intimidation, public lewdness and about 312 other statutes that the authorities could throw on him. That video is perfect if someone wants to bring charges against the guy. Just because he didn't initiate the physical assault doesn't mean he isn't susceptible to a ton of charges in this case. Obscene and vulgar language used in public is not protected under the First Amendment.
What amazes me is the amount of people around here who are "I hate to side with the douche bag, but..." Let that guy lip off to you or your wife like that and see if you decide to take it.
