Like I said, I wouldn't say dominated, but they played very well, against a good team, with a pro bowl QB that can move out of the pocket.
Oh, and let's not forget the three rookies in the secondary for much of the game.
The front seven had to play well to hide those guys.

Actually, thinking about it, Rivers impressed me a lot tonight. Other than the Casselesque crossbar pass on the second to last Chargers drive.
