Maybe if the team was 0-2 and Charles wasn't getting carries I could see Haley losing the team.. not now.
Gameplan for Cleveland called for Jones (as per Haley). Probably due to the 3-4 defense which is best to attack between the tackles were Jones is stronger. Also not many draw plays called which seems to be Charles' bread and butter.
Unfortunately, 49ers are 3-4 also but much more aggressive. Hard to know what the gameplan will be but I hope Charles see's more plays to slow down the blitz.
