I dont agree with the jail sentence.
He can't control whether the guy committs suicide or not. The guy obviously had some problems for him to do something like that.
To be honest I'd be pissed of as hell if my roomate wanted me to leave the room so him and some dude could perform homosexual acts in my room while I was gone. That's just gross.
