he didn't force people to view his live webcam feed...and he didn't force his roommate to engage in any acts...his webcam/his room...why does he turn it off/why can't he let people view it???
It's not like he secretly set up his webcam in this other dudes dorm...he set it up in his own...and the other dude was aware it was there because he turned it off the 2nd time it happened...
so there is your loophole
