I didn't say they were? I've responded a lot in this thread and I was responding to DaKC originally here.
Simply trying to reinforce the fact that the crime they are charged with as written doesn't have anything to do with the kid suiciding. Everything they did was textbook with malicious intent, but I've already said all that, and so has DJ.
