It's on the rise again, for sure. But Obutthead gets a pass on this because he HATES big oil see...he's for the little guy...whereas Bush hated little people and LOVED big oil, so he's different see...
Not sure why it's going up now. The trends we used to be able to depend on didn't happen this year, for instance gas went DOWN over the summer. Seems to disprove this myth of oil fat cats just sitting around raising oil prices cuz they feel like it. I'm sure there is something going on in the market that is causing this...
