The Big 10 was pattycake for years but was very competitive last season, where they dominated their bowl games. This is a defense that is going to lose a ton of talent in the secondary and that is going to lose Cameron Heyward, which is huge, given how much attention offenses are devoting to him. And Pryor has been inconsistent in big games. I think the Bucks next season with Pryor for a full season would have been a longshot for the BCS championship game with a decent chance of making a BCS Bowl with the greater likelihood that they'd be a 2-3 loss team. I'm sorry if realism is seen by you as hating, but I can guarantee you that 99% of the people who don't drink the kool-aid will say the same thing and I assure you that they are not stupid observations.
Ok man, this is my last rebuttle regarding this issue for the sake of being redudant. I find it funny that you keep bringing up points that I have already brought up in this thread. I talked about how being without those 5 and with those who we lose on defense will take us out of NC hopes. That being said if we had those 5 for the full season we would definitely be in NC contention. You obviously haven't watched the Buckeyes much, because this team is loaded with young talent, especially in the LB corp and even the secondary on defense, I know I may contradict an early discussion I had with Ohiobronco, but I tend to agree with him that the talent in the wings for defense is great. So with almost all our skill positions back on offense, we would definitely make a run. I think it's funny how you keep saying that I am drinking Kool-aid because I don't agree with your half-whitted statements. If you are a fan, you are a fair weather fan for sure. Most people around here know I love the Buckeyes, but my passion doesn't let me see a cup half full when it's really half empty.
