It's been quite a surprise to me about how Martyball-ish Haley's attitude about offense has been. I expected the exact opposite from him. That's said maybe Haley is just trying to set the tone or doesn't think the player he has right now can handle passing the ball much. 
but i think the reason Cassel got benched for 2 plays was because he was checking off to passes against 8/9 man fronts and Haley just wanted to run the ball no matter what. I don't think Haley will be happy with how aggressive McDaniels will want to be.
