I disagree with the comment "like he never has before". Cassel played like this often in the second half of 2008. Back to back 400 yard games vs the Jets and Dolphins. And out in Oakland just days after his father died. Cassel did the same thing Favre did without the attention of a fawning media. New England fans loved the guy and they are not pushovers, not to mention spoiled by Tom Brady.
