I know that seems obvious, but I figured he would be happy as a D-Coordinator and not be shopping himself around. I don't see this happening, but it is dissapointing to know he is looking at other opportunities after just one year.
Weis made it clear he H A T E S coach Haley. Before hearing this I thought everyones speculation was a conspiracy theory but he made his dissatisfaction loud and clear. He also said that he didnt enjoy the immaturity of college players and had planned to never go back but this was before all of the drama. Supposedly Florida is paying for his sons entire medical education whether Charlie stays there or not. After Notre Dame paid his ass 18 million to leave you'd think he could afford the tab anyways. His wife never really lived here in KC, and I think we are possibly better off without him.
However, even though I really like Coach Haley especially after the inmate's running the asylum coaching styles of Herm and DV, we need to retain talented coordinators to be successful. I really hope Romeo sticks around for the long haul.
