He needs to do something. It won't be fun to see him drill a double in the gap and have a heart attack before he hits second.
On a serious note though, a lot of the wall shots are out of different parks. Based on his overall fitness I would say weight room/treadmill could help him make a significant step forwards. Let's not forget how young he is, the power could come anytime now.
