Yeah, I agree with that. Incredibly expensive and Silicone Valley was outside of my scope because I was thinking of the city proper. But good point.
But this raises an interesting question: what dominates more, oil or tech? Can't live without either...
Real estate cost shouldn't really factor in here, since I'm thinking simply about where the most "dominant" or "important" (in this case) people reside.
