Obama has grown very weak in my eyes in many areas, i'm not a huge cheerleader at this point, but to say that Bush is a more dignified character is just laughable.

I'm not sure why you're focusing exclusively on foreign affairs anyway. I think GWB was far superior in terms of class and dignity in that area too, but where he really shined was in domestic relations. As just one example, how many times did GWB blame the problems of his administration on Bill Clinton even when it would have been quite accurate and politically advantageous to do so? By contrast, consider the current Bush-made-us-do-it administration.
