Not sure about Dallas, but in Austin your free to feel up the merchandise, but they're not totally nude. The laws could be the same??
The small town I'm from is known all over the 4 state region because in WV the bars are open until 3 and there are somewhere around 6 totally nude strip joints in a 10 mile radius. People rent buses to come to the strip joints here.
