They usually pick somebody out who's doing something stupid online. Just a few months ago, they completely annihilated a 15 year old girl who was acting a fool on youtube. That's where the internet memes "backtrace your ip" and "cyberpolice" and "you dun goofed" came from. Google Jessie Slaughter.
