I should also say that testifying in court was extremely stressful but I had fun with it. I made a decision to be the best witness possible. I made sure to make eye contact with each juror and when I testified i gave my testimony in the form of a yarn. I tried to make it as interesting a story as possible. I was laying it on really thick, I was really animated, gave plenty of detail and I even joked around. I couldn't say anything to the defendant so, I said everything I wanted to the jury. I was saying stuff like "this guy is so stupid, he spent more than he made on the robbery". I was trying to be insulting as possible to the defendant and the jury was laughing. I looked over at the defendant and he just looked shocked and embarrassed. I was smirking at him. that was the only thing I could do to get some payback.
