Handfulls of Tyanol Arthritus, Aleve, and 3-5 zig zags a day to numb the pain, if thats a tempel, I'd say the Sphynx is in better shape

Got Quads and calfs that would have made Arnold look twice back in the day from wearing stilts and climbing scaffolding, arms are so ripped I can pop almost any muscle group on them you want to see.
My Gut is the only place I carry any weight, as do most hand tapers for some odd reason.
My work literally is a 10-12 hr weight enhanced cardio routine with almost no ab work.
Still trying to figure out how to do more.
Summer i'll melt to 195-205 sweating from sand outs, winter i'll go 215-225
