I was born here and grew up in Iowa. But I saw an Iowa girl on facebook today who had relocated to Missouri and she was making fun of hillbillies from Missouri.
I called her on it. I'm like, there's virtually no difference whatsoever in the states. It's the same place with a different name and it's moderately colder in Iowa during the winter. Other than that, all the societal and financial dynamics are virtually identical.
