The dumbest rule when it comes to free throw shooting is when a player is shooting 1 and 1 in college. I get that when it's in the act of shooting and the field goal isn't scored. That's obviously a situation where you shoot two foul shots. But all those instances where the player has to shoot 1 and 1. I never know when they happen or why. It just seems reeruned. They should move to every foul is two free throws unless the field goal is made in the act of shooting or it's a foul in the act of shooting a 3.
