Greg Cox is another writer on the site.....and he's updated his latest 3 round mock.

21. Kansas City Chiefs: Brooks Reed, DE/OLB, Arizona
I am crediting a Kansas City fan I frequently correspond with for this pick. Although I can see them taking Baylor's Phil Taylor to man the nose tackle, I question if general manager Scott Pioli will overlook his troubles at Penn State.

Their other big need on the front seven is a pass-rusher to pair with Tamba Hali. Right now their best option is Andy Studebaker taking over for Mike Vrabel. I am skeptical this is going to work, and if Hali misses any time whatsoever, their defense is sunk.

Brooks Reed stood out at the Combine. He is in consideration for Thursday night and would not be that much of a reach here.

55. Kansas City Chiefs: Torrey Smith, WR, Maryland
It was really hard to watch the Chiefs trying to move the chains in their playoff loss to the Ravens. When Dwayne Bowe was taken out of the offense, it got ugly in a hurry.

Torrey Smith is going to start drawing attention early on Day 2, but I couldn't find an earlier spot for him in this version. He is a solid complementary receiver.

86. Kansas City Chiefs: Jerrell Powe, NT, Mississippi
If the Chiefs pass on Phil Taylor in the first round, they need to find another nose tackle prospect later on.
