Apparently you haven't read the thread. I've said from the beginning that if I were around, I would have at least given him a warning about it.
That said, NO ONE reported it, and NO ONE gave him an infraction for it, so it's kind of hard to even know there's an issue when that happens. We don't read every post in every thread.
