The speakers are all built in the doors so limited on space. Found a forum that shows the back of the Stereo unit and they recommend an adapter to set up Aux port. However as you can see in the pics there are no RCA. Was hoping to avoid getting new system as I like the one that is in there now, however will change it if necessary. Apparently in the '06 jetta's, some were made with an aux port that went into the glovebox and others using same connection were made with a light in the glovebox instead.

The satellite is hooked up behind the rear seat on ceiling of trunk and was hoping to get something in there without compromising too much space for our luggage when going on trips..
