I think I have all the viable options listed... I'm not looking for anyone to find new places (but would much appreciate it if anybody did!) just looking for opinions on the few I have found. Hoping to pysch myself up about at least one of them.

I have found good luck with in kc so far, seems better with listings that the big sites or realtor.com do not show. Never tried the lease option on there.
