I would have given him $30 million for 10 years. The club would have made that money back easily in marketing alone. He's becoming the face of baseball. He's on 60 mintues for crissakes. Sure in yeAr 7 he's not going to be hitting home runs like he does now. But people will still pay to see the great pujols bat. You can put a pujols tax on seats next year and no one will care.
