Denver isn't going to sign him and since the Chiefs have a lot of cap room, they should be able to afford him even if the bidding gets a little high. He's only 26 as well.

Take that third rounder and get the NT or WR that this team needs.

Something like:

1. Derek Sherrod, OT; Miss State
2. Rod Hudson, C/G; Florida State
3. Jerrell Powe, NT; Ole Miss
4. Austin Pettis, WR; Boise State
5. Jermey Beal, LB; Oklahoma
5. Vincent Brown, WR; San Diego
6. Tom Keiser, OLB; Stanford
7. Robert Hughes, FB/RB; Notre Dame
Yeah, that OL would be pretty young. But you could maybe open the season

Sherrod
Albert
Hudson
Lilja
Richardson

just to have some experience to let Sherrod and Hudson learn with, then gradually move Asamoah and Franklin into the rotation.

And not saying I would do that either, players just kind of fell that way in your stacking of the top 96 players.
