When it comes to freckles, the rule is that anything unusually colored (e.g. reddish) or unusually shaped could be skin cancer. When you look at a freckle, they should be rather uniform in that, if you were able to fold the freckle in half, it should fairly line up. A freckle that looks like Ireland is bad news.
If I were you, I'd find a local dermatologist. Preferably one with hot nurses and receptionists. Walk in with your erect dick in your hand and yell, "I need someone to take a look at this!" They like that.
