You sound like me. Don't even let it be an option! Granted, I'm sure that the hazelnut creamer isn't as big of an issue compared to soda. Go for the big things first. Any really sweet things you're eating, any large things of carbs (pasta, bread), any severely processed foods (cereal, chips). Just cut those out to start and you'll see HUGE gains.
