Regarding the henchman...
1. He was witnessed at the crime scene like a dumbass.
2. He insulted Gus' intelligence by claiming he could cook after 2 weeks of watching Walt.
3. He wasted valuable resources doing so.
Regarding Gus putting on the outfit...
No, as soon as the henchman dude (I think his name is Victor) told Mike that he was seen at the crime scene, I knew it was curtains for him. I knew that Gus was going to kill him once he put on the suit.
