Every single year there is controversy on who should play in the "championship". What about Auburn in 2004? And Boise State in 2010? And TCU in 2011? Why should preseason rankings determine who plays in the championship?
If basketball ran a system like the BCS, only 1 time since 1965 would we have gotten the same championship matchup (2005, UNC vs. Illinois).
