I think you know where I'm going with this. Yes, yes, WAY more talent than Cassel that's a given. BUT, a system is a system and it's been custom-tailored for him as the seasons have gone by. My bet is that though he would hardly fall flat, I doubt he would make the transition to another team well enough to even achieve a Championship game much less another Super Bowl.

I think some here misunderstood the question for some reason.

That's a hell of a deal, but I'm a big proponent of team chemistry and it seems to me that Flowers and Carr have the mojo.
