Small school kids that start early see things every game they have never seen before and once they see it again and again, thats the test of how much they can grow and I can tell you with absolute certainty that Romeo thinks Belcher "gets it"

He was from Maine, those type of things are to be expected in transition.

Another year in the system and with better talent in front of him and he can literally be a probowl quality player in the making.
Sorry I am just not that impressed with Belcher. He would be a good backup\ST but he just doesn't seem like he will become a dominating ILB.
