Bucs signed No. 84 overall pick Mason Foster to a four-year contract.
Foster is the first 2011 rookie pick to sign, and he's needed in camp pronto to learn the middle linebacker position. Highly athletic, Foster is penciled in as the Bucs' new starter inside with free agent Barrett Ruud still unsigned. If Foster maintains the job, he'll be a starter in IDP leagues as a rookie.
