Most of these signings have been players familiar with coaches on other teams, staying in roughly the same area (stallworth to Washington), players staying with their own teams, or moves that have been expected for a while (Hass to Tenn).
I think on Friday evening is when the flury of signings is going to happen. The players can't practice with their new teams until August 4th so I can understand why teams and players alike are reluctant to lock into a long term agreement together when they've never sat down face to face. Plus, I'm sure players want to research where the areas as well.
