The Jays aren't playing for today, so if it was a legit prospect, he'd have been included.

The PTBNL are probably just 10th round and later guys from the 2011 draft that couldn't be traded yet due to service time. Once they're eligible, we'll get our list of possibilities from Toronto. The list will be lousy - the list is always lousy.

And Dollar Bill will take the cash anyway.
