In the NFC West there's nary a QB to be found and the division was one by the plucky upstarts that had the closest to a legitimate quarterback around.
In the NL Central, you can't find a manager worth a shit outside of Pittsburgh. Jim Tracy is the Sam Bradford of the NL Central. He probably doesn't have the horses to ultimately win the thing, but he'll keep them in it longer than he should because the rest of the division is rudderless.
