The team doesn't need it. Who cares what phrasing he uses? Why does it matter? Do we not believe at this point that he's working to lead the league in wins? I think some of the catch phrases he used was simply to communicate that we needed to bring in some players at the beginning of his regime that would help to create a culture of winning (perhaps another cliche you won't like

). Hard workers, film study guys, etc. There's value in that IMO. However, when it's all said and done, you have to bring in talent. On that I'm sure we can all agree.
