My guess its just scare tactics. Im more than sure aTm & its lawyers ect covered this before deciding to bolt.
Dan the bundle of sticks BB threatened they would sue Nebraska & Colorado,& actually I think BB did. & ended up settling for about 1/2 of what he wanted originally.
