That's an ancillary point to his major premise.

He's changed this from a University argument to an NCAA argument.

Nobody's ever said boo about the NCAA - the NCAA is nothing more than a governing body. The NCAA isn't driving any of this and that's been the discussion: Football fuels conference re-alignment. That's been the thesis that he's attempting to refute and he's doing so with an argument that doesn't even begin to speak to the underlying thesis (as the NCAA doesn't ultimately decide the conferences).

Wickedson's inability to compartmentalize between the NCAA and its member institutions/conferences has led him to attempt some bastardized argument that is basically a non-sequitur.

Like I said - He's sitting in a corner arguing nothing with the wall. He's Brick Tamland screaming "LOUD NOISES!!!!" while the adults speak.

There's just not a lot of entertainment value there.
